Please note that at least one Winnov camera supports NT.
I have a Winnov camera (VideumCam AV) with PCMCIA card which runs well
on my PII-266 Gateway Solo laptop running NT 4.0, SP-3, SystemSoft
CardWizard for Windows NT 5.00.13, and CU-SeeMe Pro, version 4.0.1.018.
I have not yet tested the camera with NetMeeting. It is my belief that
there is a PCI card version of the same cameraor that that camera will
work with a cable connection with a PCI card instead of the cable
connection to the PCMCIA card..

The Winnov cameras do support NT and even Windows 2000. If you're
looking
for something cheaper, the Logitech Quickcam Pro and Quickcam VC also
have
NT drivers.
