I use NetMeeting 3.01 to videoconference with family.  I have recently
had problems in that I see my video on my side.  I receive incoming
video from others, but the other party does not see my video.  I have
high-speed access to the Internet and the other party has 56K.  Is there
a setting that I or the other party needs to set to enable video on the
other side.  Any ideas out there?  I send and receive audio fine, just
the party receiving my video does not get anything.  I've checked all of
the "logical" settings for video on both my side and the other party's
but cannot figure out why no video is received.  

I have also tested this with a neighbor and they also could not see my
video.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
