ILS servers are all run independently -- no one repository keeps track of
servers -- http://www.netmeeting-zone.com/bestservers.asp has the best
maintained list that I know of - there are no doubt servers not on that list
and there are other lists as well.
There is no real way to know "new in the last month or so"
