Help...
I have changed my ils servers to ones whhich are more reliable and am able to log on
more consistently...my name is displayed in the directory. I seem to be able to
recieve calls but when I try to contact anyone (or dozens of people!!!) invariably the
other person is unable or will not accept ny call.... even contacts whom I know would
accept my call. On occasion I am returned the message...that tha address I attempted
to call is not logged on though I can see their name in the directory. I have checked
the protocol...and to the best of my knowledge this is ok......
Help please.......
