[NetMeeting] NetMeeting v3.01

I've set up a video camera/composite source into a pc on an ip network.
I have it Accepting All Calls - Video Send.
 
On the remote end (via routers) the video picture I receive is backwards
(as in a mirror image).
 
Any ideas why this image is backwards on the receiving end?
