If you have a NM beta or any V 3 before 3.01 (4.4.3385), suggest that you
download and install the latest from
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/netmeeting/ - though I think if the version
you have worked before this is not a direct solution for your problem.
There is an outside chance that your Virus program is causing a problem --
disabling it temporarily and testing is probably worth a try.
Does the meter beside the microphone show that sound is being generated
during a call? If not, I would check and make sure that the audio mixer is
configured correctly ( http://www.meetingbywire.com/AudioTips.htm has a
guide)
