I had the same problem. On your rectangular screen that comes up you will
need to go into tools and check your options, check the directory setting,
this is where you'll add your ils.. Type in a couple of them
(ils.kencomp.net / ils.quicknet.net / ils.theacropolis.com) try those and
then go to the call button and open that, go down to directory click on that
and then click onto one of the directories. That should help you. In any
event you'll want to keep those ils. directories in your options because they
do work.
