what is the right H.245 command sequence to ask netmeeting to
switch H.245 logic channel?
according to h.323 standard, the remote end can send an empty
capability list, which should cause the receiving end to close
all open logic channels and go into a 'pause' state until another
non-empty capability set is received. then the normal master/slave
determination should happen, etc. does that work with netmeeting 3.0?
the 2nd way is to use the H.245 communicationmodecommand. does
that work? according to standard, you have to send a
multipointconference indication to netmeeting first, then
subsequent communicaionmodecommand should be honored.
is there a good document or web site talks about the netmeeting
internal in detail?
