[NetMeeting] netmeeting book?

Does anyone know of a good book on netmeeting 3? Amazon only lists two books for version 2, and nothing for 3. In lieu of a netmeeting book, how about one on videoconferencing that would help with or that directly addresses netmeeting?   Thanks, Mitch
