[NetMeeting] NT 4.0 camera options

I am running NT4.0 which does not support USB.

I have a Hauppauge WinTV card which accepts RCA and s-video connectors.

I would like to use the 3Com HomeConnect cam but I think it can only be used with USB.

What are my camera options for NetMeeting ?
