Thanks for your kind response. I am connected to INternet thru a modem (ISP
is Earthlink). I dont believe that there is any kind of firewall/proxy etc.
though i can ask my ISP (Is there any way I can check). I used to be able to
receive/transmit audio (I have received Video signal once - I personally
dont have a webcam). My secure connection is not checked. Hence, I should be
able to receive/transmit audio signals.
