It would have been real nice if they told you what the windows problem was
so Microsoft would have a place to start. Might try a clean boot except for
the system.ini and see if the cameras will install properly. Goto start/run
and type in msconfig. When there click on selective startup and remove all
the checks except for system.ini then click apply/ok and it will reboot.
