That article does not exist as far as I can determine but I will repeat the
information posted in the newsgroup:

"Dear NetMeeting customer

An updated version of NetMeeting 3.01, build 3388, has been posted to the
NetMeeting website at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/netmeeting in order
to address some customer feedback and incorporate some miscellaneous bug
fixes to NetMeeting 3.01. This is our list of significant changes in the
service pack build.

We will also be switching over to supporting MSN Messenger as the primary
method for finding users on the Internet. Microsoft ILS servers will no
longer be supported and a new Microsoft Internet Directory based on MSN
messenger technology is now available for users. NetMeeting still supports
the use of ILS server directories, so third party ILS servers may still be
used with NetMeeting. More information is available at
http://directory.netmeeting.microsoft.com.

Winsock 2 functions such as RSVP in NetMeeting.

and Windows 98 systems that do not have Network Interface Cards (NICs).

8. The Automatically Accept Calls setting is now preserved by default when
NetMeeting is closed and started again.

9. Fixed problem that caused shared Office 2000 applications to have
corrupted text on Thai and other complex script platforms.

10. Fixed problem in which Chat drops messages to machines connected to slow
network links.

11. Fixed problem in which Conf caused an invalid page fault in <unknown>
when receiving a call.

12. Fixed problem in which Conf caused a divide error when NetMeeting
starts.

13. Fixed problem in which the File Transfer applet opens the wrong folder
to view received files.

14. Fixed problem in which the Accept/Ignore dialog grabs window focus while
NetMeeting runs in background mode.

15. Fixed problem in which Whiteboard would lose text from saved files in
some circumstances.

16. The default setting for the automatically adjust microphone feature is
now 'off'.

PCVC680, and 3Com HomeConnect camera has been added.
