Hello,
My name is Jaume. I am working on a DMA (Doctor of Musical Arts degree) in
Piano Performance at West Virginia University. I subscribed to the list a
few days ago when I ordered my first camera which has arrived today (Logtech
QuickCam Express.)
I have some questions before I can get started:
1. On my Address Book, in the netmeeting window there is a line for
Conferencing Server and one for Conferencing Address. I do not have much
idea what they are or what it is my own conferencing server or conferencing
address.
2.When I go to Microsoft Internet Directory, if I click in "Click here to
preceed after installing MSN Messenger" I just get the same screen again. I
am unable to get the listing of people available for netmeeting.
3.In MSN Messenger I couldn't find a listing of available people either.
4.I wanted to get started with netmeeting in order to keep in touch with my
family in Spain but they won't get a computer until next summer when I will
get there. Is there any directory where I could find people available for
netmeeting with particular areas of interest like music?
