Hi all,   Can anyone please tell me how do I set up an ICQ address and then connect via ICQ.   I hear a lot about it that it can be 'much better' way to communicate....Is it direct communication via IP addresses. If so aren't addresses allocated temporarily by the ISP???   I don't understand.   Any explanations would be appreciated.   Regards, Sam
