Since most servers are unpoliced ( even those that claim some control don't
really have any) I think you are on your own - one of the faults in the ils
strategy and NetMeeting's use of it is that there is absolutely no way to
control who logs on or accesses a publicly accessble server.
You might want to try servers on the list at
http://www.netmeeting-zone.com/bestservers.asp to determine which are less
polluted but even then that can change from one day to the next.
