I am having problems receiving video when in a call. I can see myself,
however, the picture in picture feature is disabled. The other person can
see me as well as themselves. We can both hear each other. We are both
using QuickCam VC's with NetMeeting 3.0. We are connecting through MSN via
MSN Messenger. They are using a regular dial up and I am using Sympatico
High Speed and accessing through a proxy.
Any ideas?
