I would like to be able to search for users connected to the Microsoft
server. (I used to be able to do this. I think I have uninstalled and
re-installed Netmeeting ver. 3.01 (4.4.3388) since then)
the "Log on to a Directory Server" option is checked)
I follow the directions of clicking
the "Find Someone in a Directory" Button
I then see "Select A Directory" and click on
"Microsoft Internet Directory" in the box
***BUT***
NO Search Bar pops up on the side (or anywhere for that matter)
I have access to only three functions:
Click Here to Log on to MSN Messenger
the MORE INFORMATION link
or the OPEN MESSENGER link
How can I get back the search feature so I can see everyone logged onto the
Microsoft server? Right now I can only see my personal contacts from my
address book in MSN Messenger.
Do I have to use other ILS servers now to see people I don't know since
Microsoft started using MSN Messenger?
Help would be dearly appreciated as I have read every tip I can find on the
internet!
