I have one of these earthlink/sprint alaris cams and im really having a hard time with the quality of this cam. It has blurred images and never really clear. My voice echos 2 or 3 times after you speak. Is there a software problem or are these cams just junk. I know the echo has to be software. Any help is appreciated
