Brian-

Every check point you listed, I have now looked at. I am not sure what else
there is to check. I am definitely an Administrator on this PC. Any other
ideas? I just can't understand why this worked perfectly before and now it
doesn't.

<<<<Make sure that one of the securit blocks are checked, that is, either to
receive a secure call or to send a secure call. One or both have to be
checked. Also, prior to leaving the machine you want to take over, look in
the control pannel, services section, and make sure that NetMeeting Remote
service is 'started' and set for 'automatic'. Finally, look at the icon on
the task bar to see that before you leave that machine, that it is 'Active'
and not temporarly disabled. Then re-boot. Look back in services to make
sure it is running and automatic. It should work for you.
And you MUST be an administrator on the machine you want to contact, so if
your password has expired, you will also get that message.
