I use Intel with NM 3.01 (3388) with no problems.

Thank you for your time. My problem is that when I bought my Conpaq
Presario, not long ago, I noticed that in the User's Guide they devoted four
pages to Intel Video Phone 3.0, therefore when I decided to buy a camera I
bought this one. First problem: A message telling me that I had not
NetMeeting 2.1, of course I had updated my NetMeeting. Second Problem: In
the IntelVideo web page I read: "This error message is misleading, NM 3.01
is compatible with IntelVideo." But I was not able to communicate with
anybody. Third Problem: I contacted IntelVideo. They were very nice, but
they changed my NetMeeting back to 2.1 and then I was able to see and to be
seen by the technician, and to hear and to be heard. It souns good, but who
has NetMeeting 2, no too many people, no one of my relatives and friends has
NM 2.1 all of them have the new version. I will not be surprise if you
advise me to send my camera to the garbage can. But I'll wait. Thanks. Dr.
