As I recall, our investigations a while back also showed that NetMeeting 3
won't close the "waiting for a response" dialog until both the H.323 and
T.120 call are set up.
I suspect you may have to filter the TermCaps (presuming this Gatekeeper is
your code to modify) -- although that in itself is obviously not guaranteed
to work (e.g. in theory it is *possible* that NM might detect in a parallel
mechanism that it's talking to another NetMeeting and therefore expect T.120
to be supported despite the TermCaps).
If you try it out, please post the results to the list - I'd be interested
to hear how you get on.
Cheers,

Subject: [NetMeeting] NM3 and T.120
For some reason Pasi Kovanen was having problems posting this to the list --
I am posting it on his behalf while I try to figure out what the problem is:
Hi all,
I have a technical question concerning NM3 and its T.120 behaviour.
The setup we have is:
NM3 <-> GK <-> NM3
A B
Let's suppose that A calls B through the gatekeeper, and we don't want
to allow T.120 between the endpoints.
When B answers the call, both endpoints request for permission to open
T.120 with an OLC. The GK responds with an OLC reject to the
requests. Thus the T.120 will not be opened and both audio and video
start to flow, but NM A will never close the window which says
"Waiting for a response from B..."
What causes this? Do the GK have to filter out the T120 capabilities
from the TermCaps, that would be quite a job?
I appreciate any help!
