I have an additional question on this. We are using V2.1, and one of my
peers is going to host a meeting to review a project composed of Power Point
and Word Documents.

The host is viewing in full screen on his desktop, as a participant, my view
defaults to the upper right corner and takes up about Is there a
way"maximize" the displayed view on participants' desktops?

Thanks!!!
