[NetMeeting] NetMeeting Eludes Me

I've Always had trouble with NetMeeting. I can't send sound or video nor can I receive sound or video. I can connect to the other person and they know I'm there but we can't talk. I have no trouble logging onto a ils server and I see my name listed there. I can communicate with NetMeeting chat. I've been to all the Web sites that I know and the newsgroups and no one has been able to help me. I'm just about to give up on NetMeeting. I have a P2 computer running at 400 with 128mb of memory. My server is Prodigy and I have 56bps modem. I have MSE 5 and win98 and NM 3.1.   Maurice Tremblay
