Not using standard netmeeting calling methods -- one option is to subscribe
to a dynamic naming service.
TZO ( http://www.tzo.com/)
Dynip (http://www.dynip.com/)
Selfhost (http://www.selfhost.com/)

are three that come mind -- there are probably others  -- these supply you
with a permanent name that is mapped to in IP supplied by a client that runs
at your end every time you connect.
