I don't think it will have any effect. The capture card/camera ( at your end
for video transmitted and at the other end for video received) and end to
end bandwidth available would have the most effect on video quality.
A host of other factors ( lighting, video size chosen, quality slider
position, camera position., camera specific settings and .. ) have varying
effects.
