Another, and completely different approach is to look at what Exchange 2000
with the Conference Server offers. It allows you to set up secure and
authenticated conferencing services. As mentioned earlier, the March issue
of Windows 2000 magazine has a great article on this.

I am not sure what you mean here -- but NetMeeting has no ILS authentication
process -- it must have anonymous access to the ILS server via LDAP ( TCP
port 389)otherwise the ILS server will not work.
If anonymous access is allowed then any NetMeeting user could use the ILS
server ( and login or read the directory).
