I am have the following problem with NM 3:

The person placing the call is unable to receive video.  Software for both 
parties is set to automatically send/receive video.  Video hardware for both 
parties is functioning correctly.  I have received calls and had no problems 
receiving video.  But I have then ended the call and immediately initiated a 
return call to the same person only to be unable to now receive video from 
them.

Any suggestions...?
