Not with NetMeeting alone. Ivisit ( www.ivisit.com ) will do multiparty audio/video.
NetMeeting with an outside MCU ( such as those operated by Visitalk -
www.visitalk.com) will also accomplish this -- many being 4 or so people in this case.
To do one to many ( many being dozens ) you need some other technology - Real Video or
Windows Media Server.
