As far as I know, NetMeeting does exactly the same thing with every sound card -- it
is the card/sound setup that is different.
NetMeeting uses the wav file "RingIn.wav" in the NetMeeting install directory to
produce the ring using the sound card selected the last audio tuning wizard was run.
The only options I can see:
1) turn up the volume on your amplifier/speakers
2) increase the volume on the wav device or output in the on computer audio mixer
3) substitute a different wav file ( or modify the current on to have more volume)
