Well being an MVP is an honorary situation -- it gets me lots of work but not always
anything extra ( including information). As I was not a participant in the Windows Me
beta I did not know that there was a NM 3.1.
I have since confirmed that there was an 3.1 NM that was withdrawn from the release
for unspecified reasons -- the released version of Me still has 3.01 as we have been
discussing.

I really don't know -- I assume it is in one of the cab files -- I don't know which
one.
