This is the classic symptom of a NAT that does not have H.323 support -- I
would check with Cisco -- as you said their literature claims support with
the IOS level indicated.

The address that is used in the ILS is the IP that determines is the IP of
the outgoing NIC -- no way to change it.
You will not be able to call into a computer through the NAT anyway ( unless
you have proxy or gateway/gatekeeper of some kind).
