You can join up and choose not to list your name on the directory. All you
have to do is tell your ID# to the other people you want to know. They add
your name to a "buddy list" and then you can see when that person is online.
If they are not you can leave them a v-mail that pops up when they connect.
No one knows your name other then the people you want.
A lot easier and safer.
