I recently found about this service from Centra Software called CentraNOW. This is an Internet collaboration ASP service that allows you to present PowerPoint slides and share your desktop over the Internet, along with 2-way Voice-over-IP audio. There isn't a way to send video as with VisiTalk (at least not that I've found). The big advantage over NetMeeting, etc., is that generally it will work through firewalls! The service is free for up to 5 participants: more than this costs $10 per seat. If you need to work with a larger audience or with people outside your firewall then this may be your answer.
