I don't remember who replied to my problem of my mother's end of a
NetMeeting hook-up crashing her computer and ending the call....but the
advice to shut off her camera was the right troubleshooting move. It was
indeed her camera which was the culprit. With her camera switched off, she
could see and hear me fine, I could hear her and we "Met" for over an hour
with no interruption or "crashing".
On my next visit home I'll update or re-install her camera drivers and go
two-way.
