Joe's YANG Semver updates from WG LC: - ideally someone glance at PR before we merge it into Master We discussed Rob's proposal to soften import by revision-or-derived (along with Jurgen's and Andy's feedback): - On the call today we still came back to it being a useful improvement even if it isn't strictly perfect - an improvement for a reasonably frequent case (minor bumps, need at least version X).
