Hi all, This version implements the changes discussed with Kent [1] and Amanda [2] for better guidance to handle illegal identifiers. The version also:
* addresses an offline comment received from Qiufang about a stale text in 4.30.2. * fixes a bug in 8407 in 4.1 which used to point IANA considerations of rfc7950, while this should be RFC6020. Hope the doc is now ready to move forward.
