Hi, Kent, all, Thanks for bring this to our attention. I think Rob has taken the first step in drafting an initial version of the liaison response (Thanks, Rob!) which is available at: https://github.com/rgwilton/3gpp_liaison_response/blob/main/draft-liaison-response.md
And I would be happy to incorporate any additional input from the list and work on incorporating them into a final version. PS. I think one thing that might be missing in the current text is the need to add a reference to the immutable-flag doc in the response.
