Hello, In the latest python-quantumclient (commit 1586c92), subcommand names and option names of quantumv2 command have been changed. (https://bugs.launchpad.net/quantum/+bug/1011759) I updated the Wiki http://wiki.openstack.org/RunningQuantumV2Api to catch up the command spec of the latest quantumv2 command.
Due to this commit, devstack support with Quantum v2 does not work at the moment. I also added a workaround for the problem above to the Wiki (RunningQuantumV2Api).
