I can't offer any technical input, but it would seem that the most capable
Netsukuku host at the moment is the "wall-wart" computer that's been pushed
by Marvell, as in here.

capable, self-sufficient, and runs Linux by default. Looks
to me like the perfect niche for software intended to swarm the world with
self-organizing nodes.
