I would like to offer the Open Source Ecology wiki at
http://openfarmtech.org/ for documenting all aspects of Netsukuku.

But what could be the link between resilient communities and Netsukuku?

I think people on a global village / resilient community will need to
communicate freely with eachother, without the repressing power of
governments and politicians. Netsukuku will provide this - a fully
decentralized internet, in which it's much harder for a government to
dictate what its citizens are allowed to know.

Netsukuku is the software protocol, and Open Source Ecology could,
eventually, provide open source hardware where these protocols could run -
arduino-based contrivances, open source telephone services, etc...
