i think that, if it works and passes tests is good to give this signal

a few months ago i've reactivated the domain (only netsukuku.freaknet
was working before) and moved it on a steady server, but still keeping
the old website.

i think that if more people activate on this plan the best is to have
a simple CMS that most people know well and that is secure enough:
wordpress.

now i can put a wordpress up on something like new.netsukuku.org and
then people can copy the relevant information there and start working
on design and content.
