I didn't develop it. You can learn all about the PHP/MySQL community software platform Oxwall at http://www.oxwall.org. Oxwall is free and open source, and under active development. It's possible to download it and set it up on your own server, and customize it.
The site http://wall.fm is an implementation of Oxwall with a free option for small communities. It's a turnkey solution ready to go for us. It only needs to be configured and customized. I have already created http://netsukuku.wall.fm. We could later use our own domain name.
