Okay, So I tried ip r list, And I found the IP address of my desktop
there. I pinged it, And it pinged itself successfully. I, Then, Went to
my laptop which is connected to my desktop via ethernet through eth0,
Which ntkd is running on, on both machines. And tried to ping my desktop
with that same IP, It said connect: Network is unreachable. I tried this
on my desktop with my laptop's IP, And it did the same thing.
I'm not sure what I am doing wrong here, Is ping just not working? Are
they even connected? I'll keep reading the blog, And maybe some
documentaiton files, But I am curious if any of you know anything.
