Launch using the netsurf launcher script, with the verbose flag:
./netsurf -v
This will create a log file in one of:
~/.netsurf/log.txt
/tmp/netsurf-log.txt
or ./netsurf-log.txt
Depending on if ~/.netsurf exists, and if not, if /tmp exists.
Which hardware and OS are you attempting to run it under?
