I'll start preparing this after the feature freeze. jmb: is there a chance libcss could be ready by 2.0 time? If so, I think that will be a huge benefit, because lots of pages which are laid out badly at the moment are due to problems or limitations with the current CSS parser. I think we should also either change no-units CSS values back to being handled as px for 2.0, or implement the quirks mode switch.
