As requested I have modified the treeview API to be more rational :).
I will appreciate any further comments concerning the treeview. The
history code will be further developed so please spare it for the time
being :). Also, I was wondering how the further merging will look
like. The new tree view will break everything that is using it and so
it rather can't be merged to trunk without the history/cookies/hotlist
code written. Moreover, editing the treeview isn't implemented yet as
this needs the newest changes from trunk merged in and as I understand
correctly this shouldn't be done until the code is reviewed, right?
