Dear All,
RISC OS South West Show 2010
Due to a request from the Hotel I have now committed to a date for the RISC OS
Show West Show on Saturday 20th February 2010 at the usual Webbington Hotel
venue.
There will not at present be a separate lecture theatre unless there is
sufficient demand to contribute for the extra £100 cost of the other room..
I am however considering having a presentation area in one corner of the main
room using the display stands available.
If you would like to make a presentation in the main room, or would
prefer to pay £25 extra for a presentation in the usual theatre area
please let me know.
I would also appreciate definate commitments to attend the event asap.
I won't be asking for payment however until much closer the time.
Stand prices will be the same as last year.
Opening times will be 10.00 - 3.30 as last year. It will not be known
if we can set up on the Friday night or not, until much nearer the time.
As usual we will probably have to be out by 5.30 p.m
