There are some very strange p96 errors which suggests the Picasso96
includes are either corrupted or there's something odd about them.

popupmenu.class includes are missing (I thought this was part of
OS3.5+ but evidently not).  It's based on this:

I don't think those includes will resolve these errors though, so
probably best to remove anything relating to context menus for OS3 for
now.

The rest appear to be missing functions and #defines that exist on
OS4.
