Not unless we also fix the core fetch system to cope with header receipt events being delivered by the underlying fetcher after we've stopped and destroyed the fetch. This happens when fetching from FTP as curl will happily send us notification of the BYE despite us having finished using the connection. (This is probably not a curl bug, incidentally, as we cache curl handles ourselves) J.
